Alternative Energy event to be hosted by Mintz Levin

Mintz Levin will be hosting a special Alternative Energy event in Palo Alto, CA featuring Dr. Richard Swanson, President, CTO and Co-founder of SunPower Corporation. The event is being organized by the BIRD Foundation. Mintz Levin’s Bob Taylor, David Akov, Israel’s Consul General for the Pacific Northwest Region, and Michal Miasnik, West Coast Representative of the BIRD Foundation will be sharing their welcoming remarks. Dr. Swanson’s presentation will provide fascinating insight into the history and state-of-the-art of the solar industry. Organizers are anticipating that this event will attract a premier group of more than 60 Israel-related business leaders and clean-tech investors.
The BIRD Foundation was established by the US and Israeli governments in 1977 to generate mutually-beneficial cooperation between the private sectors of the US and Israeli high tech industries, including startups and established organizations.
