R. Robert Popeo, the Chairman and President of Mintz Levin, a member of the firm's Policy Committee, and a member in the Litigation Section, is scheduled to speak at the fall 2008 New England Legal Foundation Seminar entitled "Responding to a Government Subpoena and SEC Suits Against Corporate General Counsels" on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 in Boston. The seminar will address current trends in white-collar crime prosecution through a series of panel discussions and presentations.
