Thomas S. Crane will speak at an American Health Lawyers Association teleconference on Stark Health Realities

On Thursday, October 28, 2008 at 1:30 pm EST, Thomas S. Crane, a member in the firm's Health Law Section and co-coordinator of the Health Care Fraud and Abuse and Corporate Compliance practice group, will present at an American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) teleconference entitled "Stark Law Realities Continued: Attorney-Client Discussions On the New Stark Law Provisions." This two-hour interactive discussion will focus on new Stark Law changes and how they apply in the client counseling context.
