Maxwell D. Solet will speak at the annual Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority Conference

Maxwell D. Solet, a member in the Tax and Public Finance Sections, is scheduled to speak on a panel at the annual Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority's (HEFA) Current Topics in Tax-Exempt Finance Conference in Boston. The panel is entitled "Skeletons in the Closet - Horrors in Post-Issuance" and will address IRS audits, common compliance trip-ups, monitoring covenants, EMMA, and other important post-issuance considerations. This session will help prepare attendees for that call from the IRS.
