H. Andrew Matzkin will chair the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program, "When OSHA Applies to Biotech and Healthcare Clients"

H. Andrew Matzkin, an associate in the Boston office who practices in the Employment, Labor, and Benefits Section, will chair a program at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) on Thursday, November 13, 2008 in Boston entitled, "When OSHA Applies to Biotech and Healthcare Clients." This one-day event provides participants an overview of OSHA, including the specific requirements for health care and biotechnology clients. In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to hear firsthand from OSHA's Area Director for Region 1 regarding the agency's inspection priorities and its enforcement and penalty scheme.
