Nancy D. Adams, a member in the Litigation Section in the Boston office, will present on Monday, November 17, 2008 at the Boston Bar Association program, "State of the Management Liability Market." Her presentation topic "D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Cyber and Crime Insurance in the Wake of the Wall Street Crisis and Federal Bailout" will provide participants an opportunity to discuss subjects such as the current policy terms and conditions, insurer appetite, protection of boards, shareholder suits, and recent case law.
