John A. Dellapa will participate in Mintz Levin-sponsored MassBio Investors Forum

On Tuesday, December 9, 2008, from 3:05 to 4:00 pm in Boston, John A. Dellapa, a member of the Corporate practice and a part of the Technology Transfer and Licensing group, will speak on a panel at the Mintz Levin-sponsored MassBio Investors Forum.
As part of this 10th annual one-day program, Dellapa and two other panelists will discuss "Mergers and Acquisitions." Attendees will be provided with detailed descriptions about how mergers and acquisitions are structured in these difficult financial times, why and how dilutive investors respond to a company's receipt of grants, and what one can expect when talking to big pharmaceutical companies about prospective deals.
