On Friday, December 12, 2008, in Westborough, MA, Thomas S. Crane, a member in the Health Law Section, and Garrett G. Gillespie, an associate in the Health Law Section, will deliver an update on compliance to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island chapters of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). In particular, Mr. Crane will deliver a presentation entitled, "Stark Law Development: What You Need to Know to Keep Your Arrangements Compliant."
