On Wednesday, December 3, 2008, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm EST, Susan J. Cohen, founder and chairman of the Immigration Section, will speak at an American Bar Association (ABA) teleconference, "Key Differences Between US & Chinese Visas: Hot Topics." This seminar will explore some common Chinese visa application procedures and will address the recent changes in visa application regulations. In addition, attendees who want to know how to apply for a visa to the US or those who are handling US visas on behalf of their clients will also be given the opportunity to learn about corresponding US immigration laws.
