On Thursday, January 8, 2009, from 7:30 am to 10:00 am, Mintz Levin will sponsor and host in its Boston office an Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) program, "One Plus One Equals Three: How to Avoid Disaster in Collaboration and Joint Development." This conference will feature a panel that includes Mintz Levin attorneys Ivor R. Elrifi, Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Section, and Jeffrey M. Wiesen, Chairman of the Biotechnology Practice.
Participants will be given insight into the highly competitive environment of the biotech industry and how intellectual property rights are key to a company's success.
