Paul D. Wilson and Jeffrey S. Robbins to teach at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program "Civil Trial Advocacy Basics Plus"

3/17/2009

On Tuesday, March 17, 2009, in Boston, Paul D. Wilson and Jeffrey S. Robbins, both members in the Litigation Section, will teach trial techniques for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) program "Civil Trial Advocacy Basics Plus."

This program, which features a mock trial by two experienced lawyers before a Superior Court judge, will also include commentary from Wilson and Robbins. Judge Thomas Murtagh, who was a Mintz Levin litigator for 35 years before being appointed to the bench, will oversee the proceedings. In addition to chairing the program, Wilson will instruct the audience on how to think about each portion of the trial. Wilson, Robbins, and Judge Murtagh will then critique the trial lawyers' performances and answer questions from the attendees.

Wilson and Robbins have taught this MCLE program for many years. Several times they served as trial lawyers before graduating to their current roles.
