Mintz Levin and the German-American Business Council of Boston, Inc. to present a program on "Business and Legal Challenges in a Down Market"

On Thursday, April 16, 2009, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, in Boston, Mintz Levin and the German-American Business Council of Boston, Inc. will present a program on "Business and Legal Challenges in a Down Market." This event will feature presentations by Donald W. Schroeder, a member in the firm's Employment, Labor and Benefits Section, and Kevin J. Walsh, a member in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Commercial Law Section.
Schroeder will first present on "How to Avoid Liability When Laying Off Personnel." Walsh will follow and discuss "How To Protect Yourself from the Financial Distress of Your Customers."
