On Wednesday, May 27, 2009, from 2:45 pm to 3:45 pm, in Chicago, Karineh Khachatourian, a member in the Intellectual Property Section, will join a panel on "Utilizing Forensic Computer Experts to Protect Trade Secrets" at the American Conference Institute's National Forum on Employment Trade Secret Litigation.
The panel will address actions to implement when an employee leaves; using software and hardware to maximize protection of trade secrets; preserving electronic evidence; and countering the potential dangers of electronic mobility.
