On Wednesday, May 6, 2009, in Boston, from 7:30 am to 9:15 am, Mintz Levin and Aon Risk Services will present "Moving Through Economic Uncertainty: What are the Implications for Your D&O Program?" This program will feature presentations by Nancy D. Adams, a member in Mintz Levin's Litigation Section; David Bradford, a co-founder of Advisen Ltd.; and John Graham, a senior vice president and team leader at Aon Risk Services, Inc. of Massachusetts.
These speakers will offer attendees legal and industry insights into how directors and officers insurance is changing during these turbulent times, and the ways in which a company can benefit.
