On Wednesday, May 6, 2009, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Megan N. Gates, a member in the Corporate practice and co-chair of the Securities practice group, will moderate a panel on "Corporate Board Service: Making the Most of the Experience," presented by the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council's Finance Committee. This program will also be sponsored by Mintz Levin.
The panel will examine topics that include what it means to create a strong board, how to recruit board members, how to participate on a board, and how to help a board function most effectively.
