On Monday, May 18, 2009, in Boston, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Marisa C. Howe, an associate in the Immigration Section, will speak on "National Interest Waivers and Aliens of Extraordinary Ability" at the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education's 8th Annual Immigration Law Conference 2009.
Howe will discuss the basics in preparing a national interest waiver or extraordinary ability case, with practical guidance on how to conduct client intake and best practices for responding to USCIS requests for evidence.
