Elizabeth B. Burnett to speak at the Litigation Counsel of America 2009 Spring Conference

On Thursday, May 7, 2009, in Santa Fe, New Mexico, from 8:40 am to 9:45 am, Elizabeth B. Burnett, a member in the Litigation Section, will deliver a presentation entitled "Can They Untie the Guardian Knot? The Quagmire in the Use of Experts" at the Litigation Counsel of America 2009 Spring Conference.
