On Wednesday, May 20 and Thursday, May 21, 2009, in San Francisco, Harvey Saferstein, a managing member for the firm's Los Angeles office, will co-chair and speak at the PLI seminar, Antitrust Law Institute 2009. Saferstein focuses his practice on antitrust and intellectual property counseling and litigation.
This program will examine recent Supreme Court decisions in antitrust law and the new administration's antitrust enforcement policies - with an emphasis on both basic principles and new developments.
