Neil Aronson to speak at a Financial Executives International seminar, "IPOs and Alternative IPOs...What ever happened to our favorite liquidity event?"

On Wednesday, May 20, 2009, from 2:15 pm to 5:00 pm, in Needham, Massachusetts, Neil Aronson, co-chair of the Venture Capital and Emerging Companies practice group and a member in the Corporate practice, will speak at a seminar on "IPOs and Alternative IPOs...What ever happened to our favorite liquidity event?", presented by Financial Executives International.
The panel will offer insight into the currently challenging capital markets and address the increased importance of identifying and understanding financing alternatives in the marketplace given the current IPO landscape.
