On Tuesday, June 9, 2009, in New York City, Richard H. Moche, a member in Mintz Levin's Boston office and head of the firm's Public Finance Section, will speak on a panel at the "Mid-Year Report: The State of the Tax-Exempt Market 2009," presented by The Bond Buyer and Standard & Poor’s.
Moche will examine the impacts of the stimulus package on the market with a particular focus on the introduction of Build America Bonds.
