Mintz Levin To Present a Program on “Preventive Lawyering” for the Association of Corporate Counsel

On Thursday, August 20, 2009 from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m., in Mintz Levin’s San Diego office, Scott Biel, a member in the Real Estate Section, Mitch Lathrop, a member in the Litigation Section, and Jeff Davis, a member in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Commercial Law Section, will present a program for the Association of Corporate Counsel, San Diego Chapter, on “Preventive Lawyering–Protecting Your Business From the Credit Problems of Others in Your Business Network.” The program will address some emerging risks that companies might confront as the current economic crisis continues, and actions to consider in advising management about precautions.
