On Wednesday, October 14, 2009, from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., Jeffry A. Davis, a member, and Joseph R. Dunn, an associate, both in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Commercial Law Section, will participate in the “Mediation in Bankruptcy: Approaches and Applications” program at the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum, serving as a panelist and moderator, respectively. The discussion will detail the benefits and goals of mediation, choosing the right mediator, effective advocacy in mediation, and ethical dilemmas that arise in the process.
