On Tuesday, October 27, 2009, from 10:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Frank Lloyd, a member in the Communications Section, will moderate the “What Should We Expect Now with the FCC and Federal Communications Policy?” panel at the Association of Cable Communicators 2009 Forum. The panel will discuss the top priorities of the new FCC, what issues they will focus on, and what can be expected from the FCC in the future.
