On Friday, October 30, 2009, beginning at 9:30 a.m., Alden J. Bianchi, a member in the Employment, Labor and Benefits Section, will address the Health Policy Committee of the ERISA Industry Committee on the subject of federal health care reform and the ERISA preemption.
