On Tuesday, February 2, 2010, from 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m., Hope S. Foster, a member in the Health Law practice, will speak on "Keeping the Government Off Your Doorstep: Essentials of an Effective Lab Compliance Program" for a webinar presented by Washington G-2 Reports. Topics to be discussed will include identifying the criteria the government will use to determine if a compliance program is effective, assessing your company's program through the use of an audit checklist to determine if it meets the requirements for effectiveness, and understanding the consequences of not having an effective compliance program in the event of a government audit or investigation.
