On Tuesday, March 30, 2010, Thomas S. Crane, a member in the Health Law practice, will serve as Program Chair of "The A to Z of Off Label Issues" conference at AdvaMed's Medical Technology Learning Institute. Topics to be discussed include regulatory, reimbursement, product liability, and legal compliance issues; the program also offers a forum for discussion of the interdisciplinary challenges that confront many different parts of a company.
Thomas will deliver the conference's opening remarks, and will also speak on "Fraud and Abuse Issues in Off-Label Marketing" from 11:15 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
