Meaningful Use: The Healthcare Executive's Role in IT Decisions

On Thursday, March 11, 2010, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Andrew B. Roth, a member in the Health Law practice, will speak on a "Meaningful Use: The Healthcare Executive's Role in IT Decisions" panel for the Healthcare Leaders of New York. Topics to be discussed include the Meaningful Use requirements of the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act as it relates to the requirements for electronic exchange of medical records and interoperability, as well as its impact on hospitals, physicians, long term care and health care providers.
