On Thursday, March 25, 2010, from 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m., Mintz Levin will sponsor "Demystifying the Massachusetts Data Protection Law: A Hands-On Workshop," a breakfast program detailing the new Massachusetts privacy laws. Cynthia Larose, a member in the Corporate practice, will serve as a panelist. Questions to be discussed include: What are my company's obligations? What kind of information do I need to protect? Is data encryption required? What is a WISP? What is a data breach and what do I do if I think I've had one?
