ABA’s Eighth Annual National Institute on the Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement

On June 2 - June 4, 2010, Mintz Levin will sponsor the ABA’s Eighth Annual National Institute on the Civil False Claims Act and Qui Tam Enforcement. Thomas S. Crane, a member in the Health Law practice, will moderate the "FCA Enforcement Against Pharmaceutical and Device Manufacturers and Health Care Providers" panel on June 3, 2010, from 3:45 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. This presentation will review the unique issues that arise when the False Claims Act is used as a fraud and enforcement tool against pharmaceutical, device manufacturers, and other health care providers.
