On Monday, September 13, 2010, from 2:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m., Michael H. Pryor, a member in the firm’s Communications Section, will serve as moderator for the session on “Universal Service & the National Broadband Plan: An FCC Perspective” at COMPTEL PLUS. The session will feature a one-on-one interview with an FCC official that will focus on proposed reforms of the current universal service regime, including support for the deployment and adoption of broadband services, and the possible implications of these reforms for the telecommunications industry.
