On Wednesday, June 2, 2010, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Tony M. Starr, a member in the firm’s Litigation Section, presented on Alternative Dispute Resolution for the AGC Legal Law Construction Series. Tony reviewed the many advantages of ADR as a facilitation method of resolving disputes and discussed construction law through the eyes of an experienced attorney, explaining how ADR can be used to protect against legal liability and financial loss.
