On September 26 and 27, Thomas S. Crane and Lauren Haley will be hosting respective panels at the Fraud and Compliance Forum in Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Crane’s panel, titled “Healthcare Reform’s Fraud-Fighting Provision,” is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m on Sunday, September 26. Ms. Haley’s panel, titled “Medicare Advantage and Part D Plans: Getting Your House in Order,” will be from 11:35 a.m. – 12:35 p.m. on Monday, September 27. The Fraud and Compliance Forum is designed specifically for compliance officers and health attorneys who must advise their clients and institutions on the latest developments in fraud and abuse and compliance issues. Attendees will hear from leading private practitioners and representatives from the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General, the Department of Justice, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
