On Thursday, September 30, 2010, from 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., Allan Caggiano will be conducting a panel at the BBA discussion “Laboratory Leasing: Unique Issues and Concerns from the Landlord and Tenant Perspectives” in Boston. The panel will address the unique leasing issues that arise when negotiating leases for laboratory space, including work letter issues, diligence, operational requirements and surrender issues arising in these transactions.
