On Monday, December 13, 2010, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m., Pamela B. Greene will be speaking at securities lunch meeting for the Boston Bar Association in Boston. The subject of the meeting will be recent developments in proxy disclosure of executive compensation, which are required (or pending regulations) due to the Dodd-Frank legislation. The topics will include “Say-on-Pay;” compensation risk assessment; clawback policies; and the ratio of CEO compensation to median compensation.
