Deborah Daccord will be a speaker on the “New Pitfalls in Heath Care Transactions” panel at the Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law Conference. The 12th annual conference, held at the Ritz-Carleton in New Orleans, Louisiana, is co-sponsored by the American Bar Association’s Health Law Section and the ABA Young Lawyers Division. The panel discussion, sponsored by the Business & Transactions Interest Group, is on February 24, 2011, from 11:00 am to 12:45 pm.
