Christi Braun will be among the panel speakers at a public workshop hosted by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in order to seek input on the Proposed Statement of Antitrust Enforcement Policy, which discusses how the federal antitrust agencies will enforce U.S. antitrust laws when competing health care providers create new Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) under the Affordable Care Act of 2010. The event will be webcast live, and a link will be available the day of the workshop. This panel will be held on May 9, 2011, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, in the FTC Conference Center at 601 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C.
