William Coffman will be among the speakers on the “Bs, ESTA, Co-Habiting Partners and Everything In Between: Issues in Visitor Visa Admissions” panel at the annual American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Conference on Immigration Law. The discussion will cover all things related to B visas, including what is acceptable under the B category, creative approaches to resolving denials, ample guidance and information related to CBP’s most current programs that can affect a foreign national’s ability to travel, and address cohabiting partners and domestic workers. The panel will be held from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in San Diego, California.
