Jeffry Davis will be speaking at a Chapter 11 session at the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) 19th Annual Southwest Bankruptcy Conference, held at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. The session is entitled “Playing with the House’s Money: Cash Collateral, Financing and Adequate Protection Issues,” and will discuss recent developments from debtor, lender, and judicial perspectives, including using cash collateral, debtor in possession financing, and adequate protection.
