Bridget Rohde and Paul Pelletier will be speaking at the American Bar Association's Sixth Annual National Institute on Securities Fraud at the Westin Canal Place in New Orleans, LA.
Bridget will be speaking on the panel "Dodd Frank's New Tools for the SEC Tool Box" where panelists will discuss the expanded use of administrative proceedings afforded to the SEC by Dodd-Frank, and its expected benefits and consequences on SEC enforcement actions.
Paul will be moderating the panel "Self Report? Or Roll the Dice?". The panel, comprised of experienced attorneys and government officials, will discuss the risks, benefits, and consequences of self-reporting and cooperation.
