The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recently announced new incentives for providers to work together through accountable care organizations (ACOs). The final rules, which were created by the Affordable Care Act, were created to "add to the menu of options for providers looking to better coordinate care for patients."
This final webinar in a three part series addressing the final ACO regulations, will cover changes to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services/Office of Inspector General's positions on the Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Civil Monetary Penalty Law application to ACOs participating in the Shared Savings Program.
