Members of our Health Care, Employment and Public Finance practice groups will address the content, intent and likely practical effect of "An Act Providing Access to a Global, Quality, Accountable Health Care," which was signed into law in April, 2006. Speakers will include one of the authors of the bill and an attorney with extensive regulatory experience who has counseled many health care providers on the bill's terms. Members of our Public Finance practice specializing in health care transactions will participate in comments and questions following the presentation.
