Mintz Levin Advises International Consolidated Minerals Inc. in Acquisition of Peruvian Mining Company

London, England - October 5, 2007 - Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced that it represented AIM listed special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) International Consolidated Minerals Inc.,(ICM) formerly Platinum Diversified Mining Inc., in its acquisition of International Consolidated Minerals Limited, a UK company which holds Peruvian mining interests, for approximately $250 million worth of common stock and some warrants.
