Boston, MA – Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. today announced that Mary-Laura Greely, a Member in the firm's Boston office, has been selected as one of the "Top Ten Women Lawyers in Boston for 2007," in the January 2008 issue of Women’s Business Boston. This is the third consecutive year that Ms. Greely has been named to the "Top Ten" list.

Ms. Greely was selected based upon responses from firm clients and Women's Business readers, who submitted nominations based on their belief that Ms. Greely should be named among the "Top Ten" women lawyers for her strong dedication to client service, commitment to community and overall professional excellence.
Ms. Greely practices in the Corporate Section and is the Managing Director of the firm's Private Company Practice Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate finance, private equity and general corporate representation. She actively counsels clients in corporate growth and acquisition strategies, debt and equity financings, corporate governance, employment and executive compensation and succession planning matters. In 2006, Mary-Laura was named by Lawdragon in its "500 New Stars, New World" Guide and in 2007, she was named to Lawdragon's "Top 500 Leading Dealmakers in America" list. She has also been named a Massachusetts Super Lawyer.
Ms. Greely received her B.A., cum laude, from Wellesley College (1983), her M.A. from Harvard University (1986), and her J.D. from Boston University School of Law (1989).
