Mintz Levin Named to Corporate Counsel's 2008 "Go-To" Law Firm List

Clients, Lexmark and DaVita, Name Firm to List in IP and Corporate Transaction Categories
Boston, MA - Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. announced that Corporate Counsel magazine has named the firm to its fifth annual 2008 "In-House Law Departments at the Top 500 Companies Go-To" law firm list. Two of Mintz Levin's top clients, Lexmark and DaVita, chose the firm for the list. Lexmark selected the firm for its intellectual property practice and DaVita selected the firm for its intellectual property and corporate practices.
Firms on the list were selected using survey data collected from general counsel at each of the top 500 company's primary law firms and through analysis and research of various resources including public records, leading publications and ALM media databases.
