Hope S. Foster of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. has been named an Outstanding Healthcare Fraud and Compliance Lawyer by Nightingale's Healthcare News, a monthly healthcare industry publication.
Ms. Foster is a Member in the firm's Washington, D.C. office and practices in the Health Law Section. She was acknowledged for her work on developing and implementing compliance programs, and on defending and resolving large, multi-faceted federal investigations arising under criminal and civil statues barring the submission of false claims and the provision of remuneration to induce referrals.
