Benjamin B. Tymann is set to chair the Massachusetts Bar Association's "Internal Investigation in the Face of a Law Enforcement Investigation: An Intersection Requiring Caution" program. Tracy A. Miner, head of the firm's White Collar Defense practice, will also serve as a panelist. This program will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2008 from 4:00-7:00 pm at the Massachusetts Bar Association office in Boston, MA.
