Boston, MA - Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. is pleased to announce that Elizabeth Burnett and Tracy Miner, Members in the firm's Litigation section, have been inducted as Fellows into the Litigation Counsel of America. The induction ceremony was held at the LCA's Fall Conference in Napa Valley, California on October 31.
Burnett's and Miner's prominence in their respective areas of business litigation and white collar defense gained them their election into the prestigious society. Established as a honorary society reflecting the American trial bar of the twenty-first century, fellowship in the LCA is limited to less than one-half of one percent of the top trial lawyers in the country and is by invitation only.
