Joseph R. Dunn Appointed to Board of Directors of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum

San Diego, CA - Joseph R. Dunn, an attorney in the San Diego office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., has been elected to the Board of Directors of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum. He will serve a three year term, which began on January 1, 2009. The San Diego Bankruptcy Forum is a nonprofit organization for professionals working in the areas of bankruptcy and insolvency.
An associate in the firm's Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Commercial Law section, Mr. Dunn's practice focuses on all aspects of corporate reorganization and bankruptcy law. His representations include corporate debtors, lenders, trade creditors, landlords, equity holders, bankruptcy trustees, and parties pursuing strategic acquisitions out of bankruptcy.
Mr. Dunn is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the San Diego County Bar Association and the California and San Diego Bankruptcy Forums. He received his B.S. in finance, magna cum laude, from California State University, Chico in 2002, and his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2005.
