Benjamin Wagner Appointed to Federal Bar Association's San Diego Chapter Executive Committee

San Diego, CA- Benjamin Wagner, an attorney in the Litigation Section at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Federal Bar Association's San Diego Chapter.  Mr. Wagner, who is among six new executive committee members selected for 2010, will serve as a newsletter editor for the San Diego Chapter for a one-year term. 

Mr. Wagner's legal practice is focused on patent, trademark, unfair competition and copyright litigation.  He also handles complex litigation and real estate disputes and prosecutes trademarks before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
