Boston, MA – Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. was ranked among the "Best Workplaces" according to the annual mid-level associate survey conducted by American Lawyer. The firm was ranked 25th nationally and third among Boston-based firms.
The survey examines 12 areas that contribute to job satisfaction including relations with partners and other associates, the interest and satisfaction level of the work, training and guidance, management’s openness about firm strategies and partnership chances, and the firm’s attitude toward pro bono work, among other factors.
"Our goal is to provide our associates with the right training, mentoring and management so that they in turn can provide clients with the highest level of service," said Robert I. Bodian, Managing Member of the firm. "We continue to look for ways to enhance our associates’ professional development to ensure their long-term success."
